What qualifications do you have?
I completed a BA (Psychology) , a Small Business Management course, then a Masters in Practicising Accounting

What experience do you have?
I worked mostly in finance companies before starting as an Accountant, including when I was working and living in London for a year and a half.

Why did you choose to work at Nexia Alexander & Spencer / BKR Rosenbergs?
A friend of mine had worked at Nexia Alexander & Spencer for 6 years and loved it, I added this to my pros list for the firm which included their friendly environment, gratuate rotation program, amount of technical training that they offered and of course... casual Fridays.

Why did you become an accountant?
I had always been interested in Accounting and was 're-introduced' to it in a Small Business Course that I did, at that point it was clear that I should study Accounting.

If you could have any one / any business in the world as a client who would it be and why?
Any successful medium sized restaurant. I love my kitchen and have always had a long term (very far in the future) goal of opening a restaurant, so being able to see the workings of a successful restaurant would help me in the future.

If you could have dinner with any one in the world, living or dead, who would it be and why?
I was thinking about Richard Branson and then I re-read the question and the truth is my Mum, I adore her, I would get to have intelligent discussions, deep conversations and hysterical laughter, what could be better.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
What I love most is being able to just sit back with my friends and family and play with my niece and nephews.

What AFL team do you barrack for?
Brisbane Lions, I have to be loyal to my roots.
