When did you join Nexia Alexander & Spencer / BKR Rosenbergs?
In 1996.

Why did you choose to work at Nexia Alexander & Spencer / BKR Rosenbergs?
I joined BKR after having spent four years as an audit manager at Deloitte. I wanted to re-train in Business Services and after meeting Harry Rosenberg was very happy to join BKR Rosenbergs as a manager in business services and learn about real client service and the needs of family owned business. I have always enjoyed working with people and helping them achieve their goals. Business Services gives one that opportunity and gives one the ability to help clients grow their business.

Why did you become an accountant?
When I was at school I wanted to become a dentist but in year eight I had a cousin who lived in the country come and stay with us while he found accomodation in the city. He was studying accounting part time and worked, doing his articles, during the day and it appealed to me so from that day onwards I set my sights on becomming an accountant.

If you could have any one / any business in the world as a client who would it be and why?
It would be Greg Norman because he excelled in my favourite sport and has also gone on to be a successful businessman. He must have a great skill in planning his time to train and work and do well in whatever he touches.

It would be Barbara Streisand as she is one of my favourite singers and music is a very important aspect of my life.
