Why did you choose to work at Nexia Alexander & Spencer / BKR Rosenbergs?
From discussions with Alexander & Spencer and from what I knew of the firm they seemed to be a well established, progessive and forward thinking Chartered Accounting firm with good opportunties to work with high quality clients. Career opportunties were extremly positive.
Why did you become an accountant?
I didn't enjoy sciences and didn't want to be a lawyer.
If you could have any one / any business in the world as a client who would it be and why?
Richard Branson and the Virgin Group. Richard Branson presents as an extremely dynamic, creative, and passionate individual who surrounds himself with like minded people. His business interests are diverse and multi faceted. Working with him and on his affairs would be challenging, rewarding and interesting.
If you could have dinner with any one in the world, living or dead, who would it be and why?
Bill Gates and the Dalai Lama - I would like to ask both of them what motivated him at the beginning of their journeys, and where their continued inspiration comes from.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have 2 kids, so a large part of my time is devoted to them and my wife. I also enjoy physical excercise, so spend time running, swimming, practicing Yoga and at the gym.
What AFL team do you barrack for?
The Mighty Blues (They will be mighty one day again!). |
